Hello everyone!

Various Kumamon decorations are displayed inside Kumamoto Airport, where the "Kumamon! Kumamon! Aso Kumamon Airport Campaign" is being held!

Inside "Sora Yoka Dining" there will be a manager's seat for Mamon, the sales manager and head of the Happiness Department in Kumamoto Prefecture.

The black telephone reserved for the manager is so cute 💛 I wonder if little kids will know how to use it??

 

It was installed for Director Kumamon, who comes to work here from time to time.

If the manager isn't there, you can sit down and take photos!

\"Aso Kumamon Airport" Photo Spot Introduction Part 1! /

Hello everyone!

Various Kumamon decorations are displayed inside Kumamoto Airport, where the "Kumamon! Kumamon! Aso Kumamon Airport Campaign" is being held!

On the runway side, underneath the neon sign of "ASO KUMAMOTO", decorations of "Aso Kumamon Airport" are on display.

You can see it from inside the plane when it is landing or taking off, and also from the observation deck.

Furthermore, some airlines have started announcing in-flight, "We have just arrived at Aso Kumamon Airport," which has become a hot topic on social media.

This is a campaign that has been supported by everyone, including airlines and customers.

At the souvenir shop "ASORA" located inside the passenger terminal building at Aso Kumamon Airport, original logo stickers for the "Kumamon! Kumamon! Aso Kumamon Airport Campaign" are on sale!

This logo will only be available for sale during the campaign period, which runs until March 15th.

There are two designs featuring Kumamon dressed as a pilot, and each costs 100 yen (tax included).

Today, October 18th, we held the illumination lighting ceremony ✨Unfortunately, due to forecasted rain, the event was held indoors, but Kumamon came along and made it a great success!

The trees at Sorayoka Park are decorated with illuminations!

Kumamoto Airport has changed its nickname to "Aso Kumamon Airport," and Kumamon is everywhere.
We would love for you to come and visit our airport! So, we will be holding a welcome event tomorrow, October 18th.

All visitors to Sorayoka Park will receive an airport-original Pilot Kumamon sun visor!
Additionally, if you take a photo of the Kumamon decorations at the airport and post it on social media with the hashtag "#AsoKumamonAirport," you'll be entered into a raffle with no blank tickets.

From 17:30 PM, the illumination lighting ceremony at Sorayoka Park will also take place! Kumamon will also be there!
*Due to the expected rain, the lighting ceremony will be held inside Sorayoka Dining.

Hello everyone!

A campaign to rename Kumamoto Airport "Aso Kumamon Airport" began on October 15th! During the campaign period until March 15th next year, the airport will be decorated with Kumamon decorations. ✨Limited-edition merchandise will be on sale and related events will be held, so you can enjoy an airport "full of Kumamon" 👍

The opening ceremony was held in a special area inside "Sora Yoka Dining," and was attended by Governor Kimura and Kumamon. Governor Kimura said, "For the next six months, Kumamon will be active all over the airport. Please try to find him." Kumamon then performed the dance "Kamon! Kumamon!" with children from the airport nursery school in Mashiki Town, livening up the venue.

We will be introducing various decorations and event information on Instagram and other platforms in the future!

The airport's website has also been updated to reflect the "Aso Kumamon Airport" theme, so be sure to check it out!
