Po Tama is a home-style Okinawan dish of pork luncheon meat and tamagoyaki sandwiched between rice and nori seaweed. Each dish is made to order at the store. Three items are also available on the store-exclusive menu: Akagyu steak, Amakusa Daio black garlic oil sauce, and chikuwa salad. The rice used is Shirakawa Suigen Koshihikari rice from Aso, Kumamoto Prefecture.
