WASHOKU RINDO

"Rindo," a restaurant that has long been loved by many at Aso Kumamoto Airport, has reopened as "Washoku Rindo"! We look forward to welcoming you with a wide range of dishes using not only the familiar horse sashimi and Akaushi beef, but also seafood and ingredients from each prefecture in Kyushu, as well as delicious alcohol.

Potama

Po Tama is a home-style Okinawan dish of pork luncheon meat and tamagoyaki sandwiched between rice and nori seaweed. Each dish is made to order at the store. Three items are also available on the store-exclusive menu: Akagyu steak, Amakusa Daio black garlic oil sauce, and chikuwa salad. The rice used is Shirakawa Suigen Koshihikari rice from Aso, Kumamoto Prefecture.

Kakunoshin Hamburger Steak

The hugely popular hamburger specialty restaurant at Tokyo Station is opening its first store in Western Japan! They use domestic beef and "Hakukin Pork," a brand of pork from Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture, and offer the ultimate additive-free hamburger marinated in Kakunoshin's homemade "All Iwate Shio Koji."

An egg shop in Kikuchi City, Kumamoto Prefecture, that has been in business for over 50 years. We offer products that are particular about quality and taste, such as egg on rice and egg soft serve ice cream, made with fresh eggs from Momiji, a rare domestic chicken raised on our own directly managed farm.
